Q) What form of payment do you accept?
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.  Cashier's Checks and Money Orders are also accepted.  Please make checks payable to MKAM Enterprises L.L.C.
 
Q) Can I order via mail?
 
Although our online ordering system is safe, we understand if you prefer to order by mail. Please make out your Cashier's Check or Money Order to: MKAM Enterprises L.L.C. Include the item, quantity, price and brief description. We will call you to confirm your order before we process it.
 
Q) Is it Safe to use my credit card on this website? Security When Ordering Online?
 
KidsDecorGalore.com makes use of the latest technology to ensure the security of your credit card information. All pages within our checkout process and areas containing your personal information are displayed in a secure environment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts data between our computer and yours.  We also have additional security features through Invisus Computer Security.
 
Q) Do you carry personalized or custom orders?
 
Yes, we have a large selection of personalized clocks or personalized framed art to match any of our themes. Please note that the lettering can not exceed 12 characters including spaces on any of our personalized products.
 
Q)  How long does it take to process my order?
 
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours after you place it. Most items are ordered directly from the manufacturer and can typically take 2-4 weeks to receive, depending on the manufacturer.  Most of our bedding sets are not warehoused here. Instead, we order them from the manufacturer after you order. This ensures you are getting fresh, clean bedding sets versus one that has been stacked in a dusty, humid warehouse for weeks or months.  We understand you are excited to get your new bedding items and we will try our best to get them to you as quickly as we can. Unfortunately, there may be instances when the manufacturer can not keep up with demand. A backorder could occur which we cannot control. We can promise that as part of our commitment to our customers, we will work as quickly as possible to get you your orders in a timely manner.
 
Q)  What is your policy on refused items or bad addresses?
 
We will charge you a $30 re-stocking fee if your order is returned to us because of a bad address or is refused upon delivery. This fee will be charged to your original form of payment. If we cannot contact you about a problem with your order, your order will not be processed in a timely manner.
 
 
Q) Can I cancel my order after placing it?
 
Because many of the items we carry are either ordered or made just for you, we allow only a 24 hour cancellation window. You will have 24 hours from when the order is placed to cancel your order. Please cancel by e-mailing:  customerservice@kidsdecorgalore.com and include your name, date of order, order number and items ordered. We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that the order has been cancelled. If you do not get a confirmation email, please call us to ensure we received your request. However, there are NO CANCELLATIONS on orders that are customized,  personalized or special ordered for you.
 
 
 
Q) What about custom or personalized orders, can I cancel those orders?
 
There are NO CANCELLATIONS or RETURNS on orders that are customized,  personalized or special ordered for you. Many of our custom/special and or personalized designs, art work, bedding, or decor accessories are created just for you after you order. Those items may not be returned or refused. Please check with our Customer Service Department for more information or details on a particular item.  Also refer to our Shipping/Returns page for more details.
 
 
Q) What about Back Orders?
 
A) Unfortunately, since we have chosen quality and popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. This means that the manufacturer does not have enough stock to send us our order. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives!! If you don't receive it in a reasonable length of time, please e-mail us at:  customerservice@kidsdecorgalore.com.  We will try to keep you posted on its arrival date.
 
 
Q)  How do I care for the bedding and bedding accessories that I have purchased?
 
Our suggestions are as follows:
 
-For most bedding products we recommend that you wash them on a gentle cycle of cold water with like colors. For drying, either hang dry or tumble dry on a low heat or no heat setting.
 
-For Pillows and Rugs we recommend that you spot clean them.
 
-For Drapes and Window Valances, we recommend that you wash them in cold water on the gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on a low heat or no heat setting.
 
*********Each product has specific instructions, make sure to read all care labels before washing any bedding products.  Please note, that the above stated are only our suggestions and we can not be responsible for any damage done to our products as a result of washing and drying.
 
Q) Why do you or do you not charge sales tax?
 
Because KidsDecorGalore.com operates in New Jersey, we are required to collect 7.00% sales tax on orders shipped to a New Jersey address. Those who live outside New Jersey will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on KidsDecorGalore.com, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state.
 
Q) I only received part of my order. What's going on?
Don't panic! Everything is probably fine. Sometimes we "split" your order into several shipments because one part of it is custom/personalized/or special order or simply because we ship from multiple locations to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. You'll only pay the base shipping charge for your order once, even if it's split into several shipments. For more information on this please see our shipping/returns policy

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by MKAM Enterprises, LLC.   KidsDecorGalore.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced.  If an item(s) can not be replaced because of circumstances beyond our control a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of KidsDecorGalore.com.
