Returns and Exchange Policies
KidsDecorGalore.com strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and secure shopping experience. Here are our RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES, we take these very seriously to protect our customers and prevent confusion later. Please read before you place your order.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Requests for Exchanges or Returns must be received via e-mail at: customerservice@kidsdecorgalore.com within 14 days of receipt of your package. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. You have 14 days from the time you get the product to return it to us. If it is returned to us after the 14 day window, it will be refused. Due to Health and Cleanliness Concerns, we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resealable condition. **Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, used, or altered in any way can not be returned. We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original manufacturers packaging, so please HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. Items that are heavy or large and/or (items that ship by freight) may NOT be returned. International orders may NOT be returned. All Custom/Personalized/Special Order items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Collect shipping returns will be refused. We suggest customers send all returns via insured certified or insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage. There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products; messages must be answered, RGA's issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, etc. For this reason, we adhere strictly to our Return Policy and this is what allows us to pass these amazingly low prices on to our customers.
If your products are eligible for return based on the above stated criteria, please follow these steps to insure a productive return:
1.Request for exchange Merchandise Authorization number must be sent via e-mail to: customerservice@kidsdecorgalore.com If you qualify for a return, our returns and exchanges department will send your RMA number via e-mail, as well as the return address to send your exchange.
2. Print this RMA number on the outside of the box so we can expedite your exchange request. Boxes sent without the RMA number printed on the outside of the box will take much longer to process. We must issue you a return authorization number prior to sending the items back or the return will not be handled in a timely manner.
3. Please do NOT return any product that you have ordered without prior contact. Many of the products we sell ship direct from one or more of the six access warehouses and often need to be returned to the same warehouse. **These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly marked and documented with issued RMA numbers.
Cancellations of Orders:
Cancellations of ordered products before shipment are subject to a 10% administrative/restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an order for a product but do not place a reorder, the restocking fee will be 10%. However, If you have ordered incorrectly, wish to reorder the correct product, and cancel the order for the incorrect product, you may do so without accruing any administrative/restocking fee, but only if your order has not already shipped. Also, your "reorder" must be placed prior to your credit being processed. Also, the "reorder" product must be a similar product in price. There is substantial cost in processing orders, shipping products, messages must be answered, RGA's issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, etc. For this reason, we adhere strictly to our Cancellation of Orders Policy, and this is what allows us to pass these amazingly low prices on to our customers.
There are NO Cancellations or Returns on Custom, Personalized, or Special Orders.
Certain items including but not limited to bedding, bedding accessories, personalized clocks, personalized art, wooden letters, etc. are Custom, Personalized, or Special Orders and, as such, are subject to our Custom/Personalized/SpecialOrder Return Policy. Any product that is subject to our Custom/Personalized/Special Order Return Policy is so noted on that product's description page. Unfortunately, we must enforce this policy because we cannot stock Custom/Personalized/Special Order items because they are ordered based on your request. We must charge your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us for these items.
All Custom/Personalized/Special Order items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer. Shipping Charges of Returned Merchandise:
Items may be returned for a refund minus our original shipping charges and the customer pays the shipping cost to get the product back to our warehouse. We cannot refund shipping charges of returned merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Collect shipping returns will be refused. We suggest customers send all returns via insured certified or insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS/UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
If a package is refused for delivery or a return is made that does not follow the above criteria, the customer will be responsible for a 50% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges both for the original delivery and for it's return that are incurred by KidsDecorGalore.com as well as any other related costs.
Split Orders (Orders in which items ship from different warehouses)
Sometimes we "split" your order into several shipments because one part of it is custom/personalized/or special order or simply because we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country. If you order more than one item, you could receive several shipments to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. We refer to orders that are shipped from more than one warehouse as Split Orders.
We use a group of six main warehouses throughout the country for our product shipments.
You may receive several packages from the group of six warehouses . It is possible, depending on the items on your order, that you may receive several different shipments. You'll only pay the base shipping charge for your order once at checkout, even if it's split into several shipments.
Backorders:
Unfortunately, since we have chosen the most popular items to offer you, sometimes one or more items may become back ordered. We work extremely hard to update our inventory everyday, however once in a while the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's ability to keep supplied with adequate stock. If a back order occurs on your order, it will be promptly sent to you as soon as it arrives!! If you have any questions, please e-mail us at customerservice@kidsdecorgalore.com. We will try to keep you posted on it's arrival date. If you have ordered other items that are not on backorder, you will recieve those items separately and in a timely manner, with no additional shipping charges to you.
We Care About Our Customers:
We suggest customers send all returns via insured certified or insured mail for protection in the event of loss or damage.
We also wish to protect you against unauthorized or fraudulent transactions so, we recommend that your order be shipped to your credit card billing address. Doing this you will also help avoid delays in processing your order. Should you have a P.O. Box as your billing address please make sure you have the physical mailing address you are requesting the item(s) be sent to, on file with your credit card insurer. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please remember it is for your protection.For your safety, due to Health and Cleanliness Concerns, We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original/resealable condition. **Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, used, or altered in any way can not be returned.
Warranties:
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by MKAM Enterprises, LLC. KidsDecorGalore.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded, If an item(s) can not be replaced because of circumstances beyond our control a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of KidsDecorGalore.com.
Shipping Policies
Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping charges within the 48 contiguous United States are calculated based on order total and shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS based on destination. This rate applies to orders sent to one address.
Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.
**For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico an additional $15.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the shipping rates below
** There will be additional freight charges for shipment outside of the United States.
** We presently can not accept orders for shipment outside the United States.
We normally ship all in stock items within 5-7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom or personalized items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Free Shipping Promotions:
We like to offer our customers FREE shipping during certain promotions. Free shipping refers to orders totaling over $150.00 only within the Continental United States. We are unable to offer free shipping to any International order. We are also unable to offer FREE shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We are also unable to offer FREE shipping for rush delivery orders.
